Can I Buy a Voucher as a Gift?

Absolutely. Simply enter in the recipient’s name into the personal details area in the shopping cart and the voucher will be generated in their name.

Can I buy tickets for groups? Yes, however please note that only one voucher will be generated for each experience so the group will need to arrive at the same time.

What Is Your Alcohol Policy?

By law, alcohol cannot be consumed on board a bus or coach or car.

What Happens After I Book?

Once your payment is approved, you will receive a personalised Experience Oz print-at-home voucher for each tour, attraction, activity, or service booked. This voucher is also emailed to you as a confirmation of your booking. Please contact us if you have any difficulties in opening your email attachment.

Cancellation Policy

Customers will receive a full refund or credit within 48 hours and 50% of refund within 24 hours notice of cancellation and no refund in less than 24 hours of cancellation.

Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

We accept 96 hours written notice for private tours.

Last-minute cancellations will result in forfeiture of full fare.
